The Kitzsteinhorn ski area has two freestyle snow parks, both linked by a chair lift. One has a seriously large half-pipe and the other, this one, has a serious set of jumps that were being put through their paces by various teams of youths, some on skis, some on boards.
I've never shot this stuff before and my morning session didn't give great results as the shutter speed was too slow, but in the afternoon session I got the right combo of shutter and depth of field to isolate the freeriders in sharp detail.
The first couple of shots are the only ones that made it from the morning session; mainly because they gave a good sense of the speed and action.
